Porcelain tiles are very heavy and delivered on pallets. Pallets are offloaded to a safe kerbside closest to the point of entry to your property. Our delivery driver is unable to take the tiles into your property..
We do not use HIAB delivery vehicles
Access to the kerbside delivery point must be clear of all obstacles and sufficiently wide to allow for 18tn delivery truck safe and clear maneuvering
The kerbside delivery point must be level for a safe delivery. Pump Pallet trucks cannot be operated safely on inclines.
Pump Pallet Trucks cannot operate on soft ground or surfaces with a loose top layer eg gravel paths, drives &c.
